| 1000 mi | Repainted 1/3 of vehicle because of multiple hairs in clear coat. Replaced leather steering wheel because of blemish. Replaced door seal because it had a kink in it. Also did an oil and filter change and front end alignment. |
| 3000 mi | Additionally paint flaws found. Waiting for third paint attempt. Found additional dirt and containments under the clear. Found a spot of metal on rear passenger side cab and 3 more spots on the wood. Repaired side now has 1000s of micro scratches that appear in low light conditions. Dealer is reviewing what to do next and is trying to get a replacement 2020 but I have to pay a 6k difference to swap trucks. |
| 4000 mi | Paint is now bubbling off the roof. Continued paint issues. Escalations to Ford and dealer have been pretty useless. They don't seem to care. They reviewed truck today and have to pursue repainting it again. I got rid of it and picked up a Ram. |
