Engine light came on. Was scheduled this week for oil change service 15K service this week so took car in for problem and full 15K service as well. Dealer said engine light went off and computer reads no issue. Asked dealer relentlessly during visit to check car over again and check for service bulletin. During oil change mechanic discovered that the Oil temperature switch was bad. Dealer had part in stock and replaced it. Repair appears to have fixed problem. Not sure if switch is considered engine part or electrical part of car system. | ||
