Pros: Rock solid reliability. Primarily a short commuter and drive-the-kids-around-town car, but have driven a few long trips such as Westchester County NY to Florida. The normal wear and tear items have been replaced over the years...lights, wipers, tires, brakes, and one set of rotors. Ah..tip. Bewhere of dealer shops!! In my experience, the recommend unneeded or gray area work at best. This has been confirmed by 2 indedependent mechanics. For example, brought the car in for a shifter recall...no charge of course. During that, had them lock at front end due to uneven front tire wear. "You need X, Y, Z...$540" Brought to my guy, put on the lift, and he showed me all the areas noted. Perfect..no work needed. My guy's assesment, ..."you're waaay out of allignement. Hit on potholes?" Not me..but...the other driver when question..yes...some huge ones. Duh..driving for a long period out of allignment and/or balance will affect tire wear. Con: Only one...gas mileage around town is 15mpg or so.. Ech, but I knew that getting in.
Fantastic....a pleaseure to drive around town and cruising the highway at 80 mph.
