Why the 2002 BMW 3-Series?

Handling

very tight suspension with almost no body roll when taking curves at high speed. Great car for driving on mountain roads at high speed. Car is perfectly balanced with ideal 50/50 weight distribution front to back.

Safety & braking

Excellent BMW brakes and large rotors help to reduce speed quickly when needed. For driving on the track I suggest replacing the stock brakes with aftermarket "big brake kit" with larger calipers and stainless steel brake lines.

Driving position & visibility

Outstanding seats with big side bolsters that can be adjusted about 12 different ways. The extendable thigh support is really nice and the comfort of the leather front seats is top notch.

Reliability & durability

I have put 20,000 miles on my car without a single component failure. There are no rattles and the car drives like the day I drove it off the BMW dealer lot.
