Why the 2007 BMW 3-Series?

Powertrain performance

I liked how smooth the power came on, and how eager the motor was to rev.

Handling

It feels reasonably "tight," for lack of a better word, while still maintaining a rather smooth ride.

Driving position & visibility

Nice driving position, and good visibility (though most anything would have been an improvement from my previous car, Nissan 350Z). It felt like a smaller car than the others I was looking at, which made me feel more involved in the driving experience.

Why Not the 2007 BMW 3-Series?

Reliability & durability

The N54 engine is notorious for bad High Pressure Fuel Pumps, and BMW is known for having lots of annoying electrical niggles.
