With the power adjustable front seat, both myself (at just over 6 feet tall) and my wife (5 foot 5) can find plenty of leg room. The additional seat width is appreciated for me (over our past viechle) as I have long arms & need more elbow room than most.
With a growing family, we needed 3 rows of seats that can actually haul people of normal size. It seems the 3rd row of some SUVs are made for 10 year olds. This viechle fits 8 people in a pinch, 7 comfortably.
Decent power, good fuel mileage for an 8 passenger viechle, and living in the country, we needed 4wd to handle muddy unpaved roads. Flex fuel capability is a plus for us, as it is readily available, and about 90 cents cheaper than regular.
Best brakes of any viechle I ever owned. Good feel, and powerful. Ours has front seat and side airbags. The awd system & traction control adds a margin of safety for our often muddy & snow covered unpaved roads.
Handles well for a big viechle, and turns surprisingly short. You will never forget how big it is, but nimble for its size. Visibility is also pretty good.
