We have driven this car 24K miles and we bought it in May 2016. It is a factory certified auto and ALL our service is performed by the dealer. When we 1st got the car, I was aggravated by a droning coming out of the rear tires and a trip back to the dealer had them replace the rear tires because of cupping on the inside edge. A 2nd trip had them replace a R/R wheel bearing and no more noise. This car replaced a 2009 Milan Premier AWD which gave us ZERO problems in the 6 yrs we owned it but only gave us 16-18 mpg city and 26 mpg highway at best. This Fusion with the 2L constantly gives us 26-28 rural driving and 32-34 mpg highway. With us now living in rural Maine, our mileage is adding up quickly. This car is very comfortable, quiet, spacious and very snappy. I always swore I would never own a 4 cyl car but now that I have this one, I'm convinced the Ford really did their homework with the Ecoboost system. I plan on driving it til the wheels fall off just to see how far I can go. My only gripes so far is it's being hard to judge where the nose ends because of the slope of the hood and the replacement wiper blades are extremely expensive for OEM grade! Not a bad record id I must say!!!
