The Fusion has good braking capability and my SEL has a lot of safety features that I appreciate. I like that I could get side airbags (and other top-of-the-line amenities like premium audio) with an I-4 automatic.
I find the Fusion has excellent visibility front and back. The side mirrors are also large enough to be effective in seeing around the car.
