| One of two areas where the Hyundai Ioniq 5 might fall a bit short for its intended function is in rear seat comfort. Not only is there a little more knee room in the rear seat of the ID.4, but the VW's seat is mounted higher off the floor, and so provides better leg support. This is also an issue with the related Kia and Genesis. In the last knee room is marginal for one man of average height sitting behind another. The seats we have on our LT are fine but the headrest on both cars I've had jut out too far and cannot be adjusted back far enough to be comfortable. This is particularly uncomfortable on longer trips. see full Chevrolet Traverse review |
