First Jeep 2006 Jeep Wrangler Pros and Cons Member4640 Driving a soft top Wrangler has been aptly described as driving in a tent. I put a Bluetooth radio in so I could listen to the music on my phone but I needn't have bothered since at highway speeds it's just background noise anyway. And you can just forget about... |

2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon - a hit or miss vehicle. 2013 Jeep Wrangler Pros and Cons Member6517 Even with the hard top, the noise in the Jeep is rather loud, even with the hard top. It is better than my old TJ Jeep Wrangler but on long road trips, the noise can be a bit overwhelming. |

2015 Jeep Wrangler Review Official TrueDelta review by Michael Karesh In classic Jeeps it was impossible to converse on the highway. The latest Wrangler is much quieter than those, but still much louder inside than the 4Runner. Around town noise levels aren't much of an issue. On the highway they could be for some people. Comparison vehicle: 2014 Toyota 4Runner |
2010 Jeep Wrangler Pros and Cons Member6340 I wasn't expecting this Jeep to be so quiet on the inside; but with the hard top on and the windows up, I can actually carry on a conversation with my passenger with no problem. Granted it's not luxury car quiet, but compared to the soft top counterpart it's a... |

Amazing capabilities no car can do and unique features that no car or truck can ever have. 2013 Jeep Wrangler Pros and Cons Member3698 Soft top is designed to be removed quickly so the roof is lightweight when compared to car roofs, therefore the road noise will be there. You can still talk on a phone while driving down the highway but it is considerably louder than a $28k comparable passenger car or truck. |

2011 Jeep Wrangler Pros and Cons Member979 Compared to the model 4 years ago, this version is very quiet and WAY more urban luxurious. Soft surfaces protect the elbows etc from the bumps. Base stereo is excellent. The demonstrator I drove was far nicer than the one day old version I have right now |

2002 Jeep Wrangler Pros and Cons Member5114 It can be rather loud at highway speeds with the top down - forget about answering a cell phone call. |

2002 Jeep Wrangler Pros and Cons Member3708 The hard top added a lot of noise insulation, however, for someone accustomed to a pseudo-luxury vehicle with an integrated top, it might be a little loud and high speeds or during high crosswinds on the interstate. |

2009 Jeep Wrangler Pros and Cons A member in Wyoming, United States I have a hard top, never used the soft top. The hard top is head and shoulders above what I remember from the early Wranglers with only a soft top available. |

2008 Jeep Wrangler Pros and Cons Member4372 Hard to carry a conversation with soft top on at highway speeds. Can get tiresome. |
