Also had them do the upcoming yearly maintenance. Turns out this repair didn’t work either as the light came on again 500 mikes later

Car is rated for max 5% but Midwest is 12+ due to tax breaks given to fuel companies in the Midwest. Dealer tried new fuel injectors and other things which did not work. Problem was reported by other owners do factory got involved. Cured by using a factory additive in each tank of fuel.
