Air-conditioning drain was not installed properly at the factory. Water buildup on both front floors during a 3000 mile road trip. Dealer re-connected the drain, remove the front seats and rugs, dryed the inside of the car as well as cleaned the air conditioning system. Dealer replaced the interior cabin filter. Dealer provided free from MINI USA complete outside and inside detail.
External temperature thermostat was reading rubbish, on both extremes, which affected the closed-loop feedback for HVAC climate control. Unit was worn. Replaced. Problem solved.
After FRM module replacement the dealer did not reprogram my stereo connectivity using Bluetooth..I hadn't tried using that feature for a few months until that day in March and realized I had an issue.
