43600 mi no repair done... Somehow, Driver side Fender either got loose or moved a tiny bit towards the door. Whenever I open the driver side front door, it rubs against a small piece of the fender, causing a squeak and a loss of paint where the door is rubbing.

Hood latch rusted out to a point the plastic hood handle was really hard to pull on. Also, the latch need to be put back at it place with a flat head screw driver after the hood was open otherwise, the hood wont be fully secure at its place. Replace the hood latch in 5 minutes with new one.
