Reviewed: 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix

4dr Sedan 303-horsepower 5.3L V8 4-speed shiftable automatic FWD

Why the 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix?

Handling

They put Bilstein Gas Charged struts on this thing as an upgrade from a standard Grand Prix or GTP as well as slightly lowering it and sticking big wide tires on it. 10" in the front, 9" on the back--this also cuts down on torque steer and it corners well

Safety & braking

Stock vented (cross-drilled) brakes mean this thing stops well. Mine also came with side-impact air-bags, so it feels pretty safe.
