Safety & braking

Standard ABS, stability control, and multiple air bags give one a sense of security.

Reliability & durability

The xB appears to be well built and its fit and finish are well above other cars in this class, such as the Chevrolet HHR. The interior is quieter as well. Being a Toyota product, I expect it to be reliable.

Rear seat room & comfort

The rear seats large and tall people comfortably. Head room is well above average.

Driving position & visibility

Front leg room in the redesigned 2008 model is not as good as the older design. Narrow windows and wide C pillars decrease visability.

Discounts & incentives

The xB is not discounted, nor are there any incentives. On line ads that suggest deals can be had because of overstock at certain dealerships are false and just come-ons.
