Why the 2011 Scion xB?

Reliability & durability

Previous experience with Toyota indicates reliability to be well above average. And that has proven out over the first 15 months of ownership.

Cargo capacity

I like the versatility this design provides. Great for pets, or hauling a 14 cu. ft. refrigerator IF I needed.

Handling

Handles like a much more expensive sports car. But much easier to get in and out. Sticks in the curves at higher speeds, with virtually no body roll.

Powertrain performance

Runs out really strong to 100. Not much pep above that. Gear shift lever in perfect position to shift manually.

Price or payments

Dollar for dollar there is NO comparison to Kia, Hyundai etc. Much more solid/safe Car. Bears out by fact it weighs 3300+ lbs. Handles cross-winds very well. Have taken 2 trips out West. Handles wide-open spaces and mountains quite well.

Why Not the 2011 Scion xB?

Conclusion

There was no other Car that came close in price, reliability or versatility.
