I am a big guy. 5'10 and about 290 lbs. This car is very comfortable for me. I can reach the controls nicely, love the heated leather seats. see full Subaru Outback review |

I have found our 2012 Outback to be very comfortable for long drives. The driver's seat has plenty of adjustment to accommodate my frame. Legroom is outstanding. My wife got so spoiled with the heated seats in our 99 Outback Limited that she balks at cars without. So our 2010 and now the 2012 have had the heated seats. see full Subaru Outback review |

Rear seat comfort is excellent even for very tall teenagers and 20 somethings. The redesign of the Outback in 2010 noticeably improved rear seat space. One note when flipping down the back seats. Make sure your head is out of the way when you lift the release lever. The seat back springs forward quickly. The angle of the rear seat can also be reclined for additional comfort. The fold down center cup holder is a nice touch. The seating position is high so visibility is great. see full Subaru Outback review |

Power seats have versatile adjustments. Thigh support is better than some compact SUVs that I compared. Tilt and telescoping steering wheel is flexible for driving position. see full GMC Acadia review |

Since this is our family hauler, it needed to accommodate 5 people, with enough space between 3 kids to keep long trips bearable. Adults can sit comfortably in the third row. see full GMC Acadia review |

3rd row is big enough for adults, leg room & head room, comfortable bench seat; 2nd row captains chairs were an option that I chose; easy to get around 2nd row and into 3rd row. I believe the Acadia was 11" longer than the Toyota Highlander. see full GMC Acadia review |

There are very few SUVs that can seat 7 VERY comfortably that are not HUGE suburban type SUVs. We are very pleased that the 3rd row can truly seat 3 adults with no issues. I love that I can still load it up at Costco by folding the 3rd seat down! see full GMC Acadia review |

Love how comfy it is-- heated seats, (though I would have loved the 2009 A/C seats on my 2008-- boo hoo!), all the controls-- love the music controls on the steering wheel. see full GMC Acadia review |

Have taken this car on long trips, 14 hours of driving, multiple days in a row. The front seats are ok but not very comfortable. It's even tiring for the passenger. see full GMC Acadia review |
