2016 Subaru WRX 4dr Sedan

turbocharged 305hp 2.5L H4 6-speed manual AWD

8000 mi There is power steering chatter during the entire turn radius from right to left. No chatter if turning left to right.
11000 mi Power steering issue remains unfixed. Dealer is blaming whining from the steering on "worn, abused" tires. It's ridiculous and I have Subaru of America involved. They are having a district engineer come to drive the car.
13000 mi I have had a whining noise and difficulty steering, both when steering to the left. They replaced the steering rack.
