Justin explains, you can't drive aggressively, car has weak clutch, gearbox and cable shifter not like previous WRX, 2017 has different motor, turbocharger, drive line, a different clutch design, not a dual plate. his advice "Drive it like an automatic" meaning spare the clutch. Very disappointing!

Complaint, clicking noise, car in neutral, clutch engaged. After 1/2 hour Frank, service manager explains new clutch required after 2200 miles because of my driving, worst failed clutch he has ever seen, shortest clutch life he has ever seen, since this is second clutch required and I signed agreement to pay for second clutch I must pay $2000
I complain to Subaru America, after 13 days Frank apologizes, their mistake, clutch fixed, no charge.

Clutch pedal makes loud clicking noise when depressed and released. Dealer diagnosed bad clutch MC. Part ordered and car returned for repair. Dealer discovered wrong part ordered. Correct part currently on order. The clutch master cylinder needed replacing. They replaced it but there was an issue with the replacement itself and the dealership actually ended up putting me in a new car as a gesture of good faith.
At 30K service, I'd noticed some oil seepage at the front differential and took it to dealer for closer look. Dye was added to try and pinpoint source of leak, and after driving ~6k miles, found that oil leak at CVT oil pump. Entire CVT was replaced, as manufacturer doesn't authorize dealer to service the assembly.
