Front trunk/hood would always pop up when the release was commanded, but sometimes couldn't be lifted. You'd have to command it to release again at the same time as you pushed or pulled the partially-open hood. Replaced both hood latches. Lug nuts were distorted from normal use (impact wrench), making it hard to slide a socket over them. Replaced all lug nuts with improved parts.

Lug Nuts on all four tires required replacing and proper torque. During tire replacement over the preceding months (more than $300 per tire), one of the shops had mentioned to me that the vehicle had "swollen lug nuts". I took the vehicle back to Tesla and they performed the replacement at a fee for the parts and labor.
Rear hatch strut replacement. Was rusting out at connection point. New strut works sometimes, but periodically car will fail to auto close. Manual open close works.
