2016 Toyota Highlander 4dr SUV

I had 125 miles on the car and the transmission jolted...I couldn't get the car past 1st gear (auto trans) . They towed it to the dealer. Check engine light was on. Dealer said it was 1.5 quarts low on trans fluid. This car was brand new.
