I have had people 6ft 2 inches in the back and they had head and leg room. The Insight is very tight and I, whom is 5 foot 10 inches tall had my head touching the roof, well the top the rear hatch actually. see full Toyota Prius review

2008 4dr Hatch 76-horsepower 1.5L I4 Hybrid

Excellent for tall, long legged people - even more leg room than a Cadillac, which appears larger. My children love it! Also plenty of head room for tall people. see full Toyota Prius review

2008 4dr Hatch 76-horsepower 1.5L I4 Hybrid
CVT FWD
If you are much over 5 foot 10 inches tall, the drivers seat might get a little tight. Not much leg support either as the bottom cushion is very short. I hear the 2010 redesign helped with this. Since I use this car for not much more than an hour commute, I tolerate the seat as the rest of the car is so darn good. see full Toyota Prius review

What Our Members Are Saying about the Seat Room and Comfort of the 2010 Honda Odyssey

2010 Honda Odyssey Seat Room and Comfort: Pros
YearBody/PowertrainComment
2011 4dr Minivan, ext. 247-horsepower 3.5L V6 w/DoD
5-speed automatic FWD
The Odyssey has the best seat setup of any minivan on the market, by a large margin. Standard 8th seat, which is usable, easy to flip the 3rd row, adjustable 2nd row without floor rails to collect debris from kiddos. see full Honda Odyssey review
2011 4dr Minivan, ext. 247-horsepower 3.5L V6 w/DoD
6-speed automatic FWD
Nice and roomy 2nd row, we really like the Wide mode seating. Very nice 3rd row usable by adults. see full Honda Odyssey review
2009 4dr Minivan, ext. 244-horsepower 3.5L V6
5-speed automatic FWD
Absolutely no complaints here. see full Honda Odyssey review

2010 Honda Odyssey Seat Room and Comfort: Cons

The seats are still more thinly padded than the competition - and the third row seat angle is merely adequate. My mother in law noted that our Ody 3rd row is really like a standard seat - not "3rd class" - but the Pacifica made her feel like she was "stuck in the back". see full Honda Odyssey review
2010 0 Just acceptable. see full Honda Odyssey review
2010 0 These seats kill both my wife and my back on long trips. see full Honda Odyssey review
2009 0 Why can't manufacturers make the passenger seat as comfortable with as many adjustments as the driver's side? see full Honda Odyssey review
