Water pump started to make noise. Replaced water pump

Replaced fuel filter
Had to add coolant,1l/2weeks.No sign of external leaks.4 trips to dealer still no fix. Also transmission,drive shaft,left front axle,rear shocks,sunroof seal,front brake pads were replaced in the 2 years that I owned the truck.
Leaking water pump
Vehicle was sluggish and did not feel as responsive as normal. Dealer indicated computer problem with MAF sensor.
Computer reset appears to have fixed issue.
Engine went into limp mode causing drive-ability problems due to a vacuum hose that would not say seated. Dealer just glued the hose in place so it would not slip out again.
valve cover leak, gasket replaced
Codes P0441 and P2420. Evap. emission pressure switching valve is stuck off - charcoal canister replacement. Replaced charcoal canister. Part#: 77740-0R010
Check engine and vehicle skid dash lights lit up. Took to dealership. They say that the series of OBD codes according to a TSB indicate moisture in the charcoal canister. Several parts were replaced and added.
Had to replace what is known as the pathetic charcoal filter for when a person overfills their tank. Toyota wanted 1000 just for the part!!
Pulley replacement. Noisy engine even at full stop. It happened two weeks after the 30,000 km revision.
Engine rattling and noise every morning at first start up. Took it back to the dealer, they had to open up the engine and have a plastic part next to the camshaft replaced, I didn't know the name of that part. But the problem's gone when repair done.
replaced gas tank and hoses as per TSB. Check engine lights came on, as well as the 4wd light ans the cruise control didnt work through this process.
Service engine light came on as well as 4wd light. We had no cruise control either. Took to the dealer and they had to replace the gas tank and all of the lines connecting to the tank. There was a TSB on the issue.
Replaced noisy camshaft gears per TSB. Dealer replaced no charge even though mileage was slightly over 60,000 mile power train warrenty limit.
Water pump, leak was so small it seems that the recommendation was just to make revenue
Check engine light illuminated, along with other warning lights. My wife took the Rav4 to the dealer. They said the gas cap was not tight enough, so they tightened it. The warning lights are now out. The problem hasn't recurred.

Lights on dashboard - Trac. control, Check Engine and 4WD. Plus cruise control stopped working. Took car to dealer. Assessed the problem to be with charcoal canister, pipes, and filler-pipe. Entire system had to be replaced for $1400+!
