Got over interior finish being brushed aluminum/piano black (apparently wood only on bottom of range models), and love the car. Quiet but huge performance. Achieving average around town over 30 to the UK gallon, and on a run on autostrada in Italy achieved over 40 to the gallon at high speed. Very comfortable seats, brilliant aircon, and sat nav easy and accurate. Good off road despite setting up for speed rather than the rough. VW support good - puncture and tyre issues in Italy solved in 6 hours of Italian brilliance.
My partner loves the space, the refrigerated glove box for her chocolate and the cubby holes. Load space with seats down is good, and auto rear door helps when arms full. Accurate to position on the road and easy to park with all the sensors, which can be turned off when offroading.
Acceleration (0 - 60 in 8.4 seconds) equals my partners SLK with much nicer ride. After 3 years of use still looks like new but watching for next version to see what they add to the attraction, although this may be the last car I ever buy
