4dr Sedan 215-horsepower 3.0L I6 6-speed manual RWD

Why the 2006 BMW 3-Series?

Handling

This car holds the road and inspires confidence unlike any other (except a Porsche) that I have driven, yet the ride is not punishing like some sporty cars. You feel very connected to what the car is doing on the road.

Powertrain performance

Even though a relatively modest 215 HP, it accelerates and feels like a much more powerful car. Very quick acceleration to highway speeds and excellent ability to pass on the highway. Very solid and smooth manual transmission too.

Safety & braking

The car is sturdy (very solidly built), has lots of airbags for safety, and stops from any speed quickly and securely.

Materials & workmanship

The whole car exudes a higher feel of quality of the materials chosen, and the fit and finish inside and out. Everything, from the feel of a turn blinker to the shutting of the doors or trunk feel like its truly built to last.
