2016 Chevy Mailbu. A compelling mix of thoughtful design, pleasing style, and modern technolgy. 2016 Chevrolet Malibu Pros and Cons A member in Nova Scotia, Canada This is not the car if you prize responsive handling. It is definately errs on the side of isolation. The 2.0lt premier models may offer better? |

2016 Chevrolet Malibu Review Official TrueDelta review by Michael Karesh The new Chevrolet Malibu handles very safely and competently, but without even a hint of sportiness. Its steering and suspension do little to engage the driver. The 2013 Malibu with the 2.0-liter turbo engine was also no sport sedan, but I somehow connected with it better than I did... Comparison vehicle: 2016 Kia Optima |
Starts and runs but has niggling problems 2005 Chevrolet Malibu Pros and Cons Member5881 Electric steering is beyond numb. In cold weather the steering wheel sticks at low speeds when starting out. Clunk comes and goes in steering column. Not a great design. |

2013 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ Turbo Review Official TrueDelta review by Michael Karesh The Malibu turbo's steering and handling didn't make me wish for a mountain road, but in suburban driving they simply "felt right." Their weighting and feedback made hustling the Malibu a more intuitive and thoroughly satisfying exercise than it is with most midsize sedans. Given my disappointment with the Eco's... Comparison vehicle: 2013 Ford Fusion |
Dependable, Inexpensive Transportation 2007 Chevrolet Malibu Pros and Cons winstonthorne The Malibu drives like a boat. All American sedans "float" a bit, but I find the wallowing to be annoying in this car, particularly when compared to the nimbleness in the smaller Delta cars (like the HHR or the Cobalt) with the same motor. |

2010 Chevrolet Malibu Pros and Cons Member1600 It handles curves very well and feels nimble when manuvering. Shorter turning radius than some vehicles I have owned |
2010 Chevrolet Malibu Pros and Cons Member4218 Great handling, though torque steer is pretty bad. The Altima, Fusion and Malibu all had better handling than the Accord, but the Honda had very little if any torque steer, which is amazing for a front wheel drive 270 HP vehicle. |

2009 Chevrolet Malibu Pros and Cons A member in Michigan, United States Where is the steering feel and feedback? I felt EVERY bump. Have you ever driven a Mercury Grand Marquis? That is somewhat the steering feel of the Malibu. All over the place, and somewhat useless. |

2009 Chevrolet Malibu Pros and Cons A member in Kentucky, United States Holds corners well, very responsive during maneuvers |
2005 Chevrolet Malibu Pros and Cons A member in New York, United States The steering on this line (including Pontiac G6) is so bad only an American car company could design and install, then not cover on warranty. |
2002 Chevrolet Malibu Pros and Cons A member in New Jersey, United States Lots of Body roll; mushy shocks and poor ride quality with all things considered. handling only a camry driver would be proud of even with a decent set of tires. Definate issues getting the car to feel like it was properly aligned. |

2009 Chevrolet Malibu Pros and Cons A member in Texas, United States Excellent for an American, hell a Japanese car for that matter. |
2008 Chevrolet Malibu Pros and Cons Member3652 Firm and sportish. Yet, the vehicule provides adequate control in various situtions encountered. |
2008 Chevrolet Malibu Pros and Cons Member3157 The price paid for the smooth ride is lack of steering feedback, and the stock tires on the base LS model may also contribute to tramlining and wander. While competent in urgent maneuvers, the suspension setup does not suit driving in a spirited manner. |
2004 Chevrolet Malibu Pros and Cons A member in Ohio, United States On snowy or wet roads the car maintains excellent traction and the car handles great on dry pavement as well. The suspension is not too stiff, yet too soft that you have no control of the car. |
2004 Chevrolet Malibu Pros and Cons A member in Georgia, United States Turning radius is great. |
2006 Chevrolet Malibu Pros and Cons Member745 The 18" wheels and low profile tires make this car handle on rails, considering it is a small station wagon. It handles better than expected for a front wheel drive car. |
2008 Chevrolet Malibu Pros and Cons A member in Arizona, United States firm and little body lean |
2005 Chevrolet Malibu Pros and Cons Member744 Very mushy handly and lots of body roll. The rear suspension will sag after just 80lbs in the trunk. Have since replaced the rear shocks with Monroe Maxair from a 1990 Aerostar - run at 80psi. |
2005 Chevrolet Malibu Pros and Cons Member2206 Sloppy. Needs stiffer suspension. Has some float to it. |
2008 Chevrolet Malibu Pros and Cons A member in New Mexico, United States very good handling, every bit as good as my 2006 cadillac srx. |
2006 Chevrolet Malibu Pros and Cons A member in Indiana, United States Just feels dead compared to the 9-3. |
2008 Chevrolet Malibu Pros and Cons A member in Oregon, United States The car handled like an Accord without the road imperfections being passed into the passenger compartment, unlike an Accord. |
2008 Chevrolet Malibu Pros and Cons Member1216 Tight handling, very responsive. |
