Introduction

I will only have this car for 24 months. It is very easy to maintain (nice oil filter mounted up top) and the cheapo steel wheels stay balanced through the pot hole season. My wife drives this car and is very happy. Also, it is the LS1A, and for the money, has lots of features.

Why the 2012 Chevrolet Malibu?

Price or payments

Got a really good lease deal. Didn't want to purchase a car at the time.

Fuel economy

Wanted something fairly roomy, but cheap to run. It has filled the bill in that respect.

Ride smoothness

Very smooth, very quiet.

Why Not the 2012 Chevrolet Malibu?

Front seat room

I'm 6'4" tall and 60 years old. I have a tough time getting in and out due to the low roof.

Conclusion

It hasn't even hic cupped in the first 14,000 miles, and performs just as one would expect. It really is a solid car. So easy to maintain that the person that ends up buying it will get a pristine car. I am the always puttering around the cars kind of owner.
