Never called me when it came in. Truck knocking got worse and more consistent. Then suddenly disappeared and has not returned. Engine does not idle smoothly, even misses during idle. No check engine light (not enough misses) so dealer said there is nothing wrong and maybe I am too sensitive to it. If engine was doing this in a car instead of a truck, it would be unlivable. I put my own scanner on it and it indicated the manifold pressure continuously varies about 2 psi. On line forums for 3.5 non-turbo engine indicates either vacuum leak or mis-gapped sparked plugs can cause this. Disappointed in dealer. Will ask them to check again at first oil change at 5000 miles. | ||
