2012 Ford F-150 Pros and Cons at TrueDelta: Owner Pros and Cons by corey.crawford

Powertrain performance
Love the Ecoboost engine. If you aren't use to turbo lag, you might find it a bit annoying at first, but once you get use to it you'll love the torque that gets put down as the engine engages. Getting 17 mpg in 50/50 mixed city/hwy driving.
Quietness
Quiet ride, much quieter than I expected. Compared to my previous/other cars (2005 Subaru Outback, 2011 Toyota Highlander) the F150 is obviously quieter even at highway speeds.
Audio & nav systems
The Ford Sync system (non-LCD dispaly version) is OK, but not amazing. I like the XM+Radio implementation in the 2011 Toyota Highlander better. I hate that I am forced to use the Sync menu system to select music on my iPhone when my iPhone has a much better interface for selecting music.
