Mar	2011	5000	0	Transmission Shudder - Primarily WOT during a downshift between 40-50mph passing maneuvers. In this case I noticed it following the owners manual instructions during break-in. Originally reported at 1700 miles. Rear Flipper Window Misalignment - Adhesive is coming off the brackets and the window became misaligned. The window closes against the rear pillar and has scratched the paint. It has also shifted the tailgate off-center. Driver Side View Mirror Blurry - I believe it came this way at delivery and I forgot to ask about it. The reflection always looked like double vision. You would see two sets of headlights in the rear view mirror. Diagnosis - Replace mirror Defective Key Fobik - One key Fobik stopped working. When inside the vehicle it would say "Damaged Key" on the EVIC. Diagnosis - Replace Key Fobik Front Tweeter Rattle - During uConnect calls the front tweeter would rattle. I asked them to look at the housing. Diagnosis - Front Tweeter but part is on back order. HVAC Blower Noise - Sounded like fins inside the fan were brushing against something. Diagnosis - Replace Blower Motor
Apr	2011	7000	0	Blower motor was replaced due to fins inside the unit rubbing something. The the speaker was on backorder and this visit was to install it once it came in. The mirror was defective and was on backorder. When available it was replaced and is not acceptable. Replaced front axle isolators to reduce transmission vibration and downshift shudder. Problem not resolved and in some cases was made worse. This on-going shudder problem cannot seem to be fixed. The vehicle has been in the shop for 21 days now. They replaced the drivetrain control module. Chrysler determined it was the wrong module. Did not fix the problem. They replaced the rear flipper window that become unglued and misaligned. I was told that the shudder is now a normal characteristic of this vehicle. I was told the vehicle did not shudder early on because the torque converter does not perform normally for the first 2,000 miles; the shudder is now normal.
