2014 Nissan Rogue 4dr SUV

170-horsepower 2.5L I4 CVT AWD

86000 mi CVT juddering, reported problem code indicating replacement is required. A different dealership changed the CVT fluid using incorrect fluid on two prior occasions. They used NS-2 instead of the mandated NS-3 at 30k and 60k when I had the CVT fluid serviced by them. This was documented on the receipts, but I still had to fight Nissan to get them to own up to the issue and cover the cost of replacing the transmission. They eventually replaced it with a rebuilt one at their expense, at a different dealer than the one who used the wrong fluid.
