Fuel economy
Good gas mileage, especially for the good amount of room in the front and back seats. Also, lots of cars with good mileage have poor safety ratings due to their lack of mass. The Versa has the best safety rating of the small cars, and sits up higher.
Rear seat room & comfort
Lots of legroom and headroom.

Front seat support & comfort
Lots of legroom and headroom.
Driving position & visibility
The Versa sits up higher, somewhat like an SUV. I wanted a small car but my husband wanted to sit up higher, so this was a great compromise.
Reliability & durability
After I signed the papers but before I made it off the lot with my new car, we found the back window did not raise & lower properly, and I had to leave it for repairs right then. Also, the headlight assembly is very cheap and broke off at a 5mph bump.
Cargo capacity
Because there is extra space in the seating, the cargo space is small, unless you fold down the back seats.
Dealer practices
Several dealers promised a "discount" verbally, and only after working with them did I discover they wanted to charge me full price in the end. Do your price research online and agree with the dealer on a price by phone before you ever visit the dealer.
