Why the 2006 Subaru Impreza / WRX / Outback Sport?

Handling

Precise, fun and compliant at the same time. Can handle the curves with ease and feels like a blast while doing it. Much better when upgraded to 17" wheels.

Safety & braking

Brakes are strong and have never let me down. A lot of safety features (chassis, front and side airbags) for the price. In fact, this is the base model and has abs, ebd, and front and side airbags standard.

Reliability & durability

Subaru makes great reliable cars

Brand reputation & image

Sporty, reliability, safety, fun to drive

Powertrain performance

Responsive and feels good on power. AWD is a plus on rainy or all kinds of weather

Why Not the 2006 Subaru Impreza / WRX / Outback Sport?

Exterior styling

Very subjective, but Subarus have never been known for their beauty...

Fuel economy

Not as good as other 4 cylinders(19 - 20 mpg on the city)

Quietness

Road and wind noise are prevalent

Audio & nav systems

Stock radio sucks... upgraded stereo still not on par with other systems in the market.
