A known problem for this generation of Prius failed: the brake booster and accumulator system. Unfortunately this happened less than a year after it would have been eligible for a free repair from the dealer! |
| 30000 mi | Brake failure two times. Petal went to the stop with no brake. One resulted in repair of $4100. The second was witnessed by two other people. Both occurred at very low speed. Toyota's was the disgusting. Blamed it on driver error. |
