100000 mi I'm getting a rattling sound from the rear undercarriage of the car. I looked on the car several times and found nothing. After doing some research online it seems I am not alone in this problem. I've not taken the car in to the dealer because Napleton Ford in Libertyville, IL service department has gone down hill.

1800 mi Hood bumpers fell off hood when I was opening the hood.
13500 mi Right Rear door interior panel pulls away from door. They said they fixed it, but still have same problem
16000 mi Right rear passenger door. The inside pulls loose from the outside, then you are unable to open the door. Dealer finally found a technical bulletin that was issued in February, 2014. They put in larger fasteners. Interior trim on rear hatch pulls away when the handle is pulled to close hatch. While repairing the right front window things got broken. Parts are on order for that (door handle, interior molding).
