Also the shop had me go under the truck to observe a rust-hole in the frame. Note that I bought the truck new in June 2013. I live in the heart of the area of heavy road salt but that is no excuse for my truck being so rusty. The bottom edge of the tailgate has rusted through from one side to the other. The back bumper has also rusted through. I have to wonder whether the truck would still give me good protection in a crash. |
