2013 Ford Fusion 4dr Sedan

turbocharged 240hp 2.0L I4 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD

16740 mi Keyfob broken. Cover over battery compartment would not stay closed. Dealer ordered new one.
51300 mi

US $200
TPM monitor broke loose in left front tire
10700 mi TSB 13-05-18: Trunk torsion bars require replacement as they were no setup properly for additional weight of factory installed spoiler, hence it drops/fails to remain up on any sort of incline or windy conditions. Trunk torsion bars were replaced as they do not account for spoiler weight.
14000 mi Driver side visor was replaced from prior failure to fix.
72000 mi Restraints control module (may short circuit, hadn't in my car, replaced), steering column bolts that may fracture (hadn't in my car, replaced), door latches (all doors). The first two were preventive. But my front passenger door would no longer close (this is the triggering event that led me to take the car in). The door latch in certain vehicles may experience a broken pawl spring tab, which typically results in a condition where the door will not latch. Parts replaced.
31000 mi Trunk would not stay open. Problem addressed no charge via service bulletin.

17360 mi Took car in for what I thought was hub bearing noise, turned out to be rear Goodyear Eagle LS2 tires cupped and worn to 5/32 at 15,000 miles/25000 km. Dealer says talk to Goodyear, Goodyear says it is something wrong with car. Very unhappy!
24480 mi

C $100
Windshield cracked with no sign of stone chip or bruise. Dealer would not do anything as they said they had a one year warranty on glass, as they had replaced windshield when I bought the car as it had stone bruise caused by dealership.
