22500 mi Front Lower control arms were the reason of very annoying noise. Ford has a TSB out and they replace both parts with an updated design that include heat shields to minimize damage to bushings

35000 mi Rattle in rear suspension over every bump. Not items in the trunk or spare tire. Probably rear sway bar bushings or similar. Not fixed, will wait till summer for complete diagnosis. Summer here, rattle gone. Could be wheels a bit loose, noticed when switching out to summers. Sprayed all rubber bushings with silicone spray also.

4332 mi Heard a squeaking from the rear suspension. Repair tech found a bushing out of place in the rear sway bar. Steering Wheel controls stopped working. Tech found a connector in the steering column had come loose.
