replace timing chains on the eco-boost engine. Apparently this is very common on high mileage eco-boost engines. Dealer says they do 1 a week and have for the past several years. Chains stretch and skip a tooth on the gears. PITA ( Pain In The As_). Seems like poor engineering to me!
