There was a technical bulletin on the vent issue where the vent stepper motor gets stuck. Mine would get stuck in heat mode even when I turn down the temp to 60 degrees. The repair was not successful. After I brought it back, the dealer said the car's software had to be updated as well. The problem was resolved after the software update.

A/C stopped working. Dealer replaced A/C controller unit and compressor. Still not working. Dealer replaced control unit again and solved the issue as original replacement was bad. Good thing they offer loaner cars.

Gel Pack for rain sensor was leaking. Dealership confirmed the pack was leaking and replaced pack under warranty. They did mention that the gel pack seems to be an engineering problem and it will probably leak again. Regardless, the auto-wipers didn't seem to have any negative effects while the pack was leaking.
