Apparently the transmission cooling fan went out and had to be replaced. The error on the screen was "DriveTrain Error, take the car to a mini service rep immediately". We were given a loaner and MINIUSA completely handled the problem.
Check engine light while at highway speed, began to run rough. Pulled off at an exit, key cycled the car and ran fine, but still a CEL. A quick re-flash fixed the issue.

Stop-Start system would occasionally engage while turned off. Needed software update.
Had a check engine light appear. Scanned code and system reported that the engine was running rich. Car was fine at the time, but the next day car was buckling at low RPM. Dealership found out of spec fuel injectors. Replaced all three fuel injectors, as well as replaced valve cover gasket with new version and performed oil change. Also updated software. Car runs really well now so I'm guessing injectors were going bad for a while, but no code was thrown.

Check engine light on, dealer found missing bolt causing MAF sensor to get bad reading. Replaced bolt to stop air leak. Possibly caused by work done for a recall on cam bearings back in April 2017.
