| 31000 mi | The air suspension stopped working on cold days. they first tried replacing module, it did not fix it. They were then told by RAM to replace compressor. It was on backorder because it was a known issue.( But not recall) they changed it out. Problem has not reoccurred, but has not been exposed to such cold days again. |
| 85000 mi | Air suspension will not work if temperatures drop below about 10 degrees. The air leaves the suspension and you end up riding on the bumpers (very bumpy ride). This is a reoccurring problem every winter. This winter time was spent trying to identify if there was a leak in the system. This happened a few times when it was still in warranty and the dealer never could find a fix either. Something/somewhere it is losing integrity. I live in MN. It is below 10 degrees F for nearly a month. It is enough to eliminate air suspension as an option from my next truck purchase. |
