One of the connectors attached to the wiring harness near the front of the engine, a wire came out of the connector putting the transmission in limp mode, as a result the entire wiring harness had to be replaced at a cost of $800 
EPC warning light on highway. Engine cut out immediately. Towed to dealership and diagnosed as faulty fuel injector on cylinder 4. Replaced injector. Dealer removed intake manifold to replace fuel injector from previous trip. Dealer's shop failed to properly reinstall coolant line hose to overflow. Coolant shot all over engine and disabled car. Towed back to dealer for repairs.
