The lock for the spare tire appeared to be keyed incorrectly. Dealer had to drill the lock out for access to the spare. The truck was left without a lock and an aftermarket solution was done.
Right rear door popping, lobbed but still continues to pop when opening door. Dealer sprayed additional lube. After a few days popping noise happened again.
Frozen door locks and latches. nothing done yet. Of course then the weather warmed up so haven’t been able to replicate it yet. I did use Amsoil metal protectant which some people on the F150 forum have noted success with.

Door latch on front passenger didn't always latch. If door was repeatedly shut it would eventually latch. Dealer replaced latch assembly.
