Aug 2013 9000 mi	Passenger side door interior was loose. Was found to be missing a clip in the center. Clip was added. Door now creaks and buzzes. Feels cheap. Paint bubbling and peeling from front and rear bumpers. Paint shop unable to fix. Waiting on word from dealer for solution. Either A pillar, front dash on driver side, or something else causes loud intermittent rattles. Up to volume level 15. Could not be reproduced by shop tech. The car is very annoying to drive at times. Experienced traction control turning on/off. Both dry/wet roads. At low speed (making a turn in my neighborhood). To higher speeds such as having to make a quick left. During this rear sometimes feels like its locking up. No codes found. The driver seat has become noisy and seems loose. Not during adjustment, but during stops, acceleration, turning, etc. A replacement seat back and seat rail has been ordered.
Sep 2013 10000 mi	Left call with body shop at start of the month regarding scheduling a solution to paint peeling off of bumpers. Body shop never returned my call and was unable to see my car during the 4.5 days the dealer had it. Dealer replaced seat back. Seat is now much more solid. No longer feels or sounds partly broken. Problem is resolved. Passenger side door that was previously fixed due to being loose became noisy and rattled with music. Door arm rest sounds very cheap and crunchy when touched. Defroster grill was replaced. Door rattle is now gone, but armrest is as stated. Dash rattle not duplicated, but car was doing it when I picked it up. Car seems to be doing it less frequently as time goes on.

Crunches when you use the arm rest on it. Dressing rings on the instrument cluster seem loose and another possible source of rattles with the instrument cluster. My steering wheel fabric is starting to tear possibly from my keys on my belt. I have never had this issue with any other vehicle.

Sensors had to be replaced requiring the removal and replacement of the entire rear bumper fascia. Voice command system failed. Ongoing problem. Once activated, the system would hang for several minutes and prevent any audio from working. Each time, I would have to wait until the function would time out on its own before being able to interact with the audio system. Failed backup camera. Camera had been flaky to say the least. IT it would work at all, it was only momentary when the vehicle would be first placed into reverse. The image would then go completely dark (black) for the duration. The problem had become progressively worse, finally no camera operation at all for many months.
