No cold air from aircon - dealer seemed uninterested and said it would take a day just to check. Local aircon shop diagnosed problem (aircon hose leaking due corrosion/wear & tear) in 20 minutes - replaced hose in 3 hrs next day.
Replaced rear bulbs 3 times also required new battery. All were covered.
Power door lock on passenger side not working. Upon dissambley found the plug to the actuater had become unplugged. Reconnected to repair
Terrible battery cable corrosion, battery, cables and terminals had to be replaced. 2nd time replacing battery cable. Hopefully battery was the issue.
Replaced battery. I think it was original to the car, so it lasted 6 years.

Vista roof bogs down on closing, won't close all the way a lot of times without manual help. Dealer doesn't have anyone experienced with BAMR, took it to independent, who said entire mechanism needs replacing...waiting for Ford's response. I don't agree.
Moon roof jammed open...entire mechanism and all motors had to be replaced
heater would provide warm air to passenger side of vehicle, but cold air to driver's side. Suspected either a jammed air door or disconnected vacuum line. ended up being a defective heat control assembly. took dealership one day to recieve the part and
Sirius radio stopped working while in use. All other audio from entertainment system still OK. Part failed and replaced.

Warrenty bulletin issue suggested by the service manager at the dealership. He said the fluid used in the system was corroding the pipes and gaskets in other Edges and offered to replace the system.
Power seat quit working. There was a short in the wiring.

Problem with front drivers side audio speaker. Was making bad vibration noise. Was told speaker needed to be replaced.
Mirrors would not reset to position with memory seats. Mirrors would adjust to full out when the seat memory switch was pressed for mem #1 or me #2
Right power mirror replaced - would not function with seat memory. Mirror would automatically adjust to full right position.

Car purchased used in February. Rear speakers sounded muffled as if they were blown out when listening to radio. Replaced all 4 speakers with Infinity 6822's. Sound is no longer muddled.
The tail-light blew out. One other one blew out and I paid for that at Jiffy Lube, before remembering my factory warranty for the other one.
