9000 mi Purchased 9/17/09 taken into Service 12/09 due to excessive white flakes coming from A/C vents told they received TSB bulletin 09-21-6 these are toxic flakes. The car has been into service 6 times and is in service Would like contact others Escape is currently in Service Ford Service reps have seen the toxic flakes and continue to ignore the seriousness and my health related problems. Would love to hear from another Escape owner with similar problem.
