35000 mi Low coolant warning light appeared. Dealer replaced leaking water pump. The vehicle claimed it was overheating and would not move. Towed to dealer, and they couldn't find a problem. They topped off the coolant and returned the car to me. 
38000 mi replaced leaking water pump, along with recall for overheating. 
7000 mi Odor of coolant after driving. Had to replace degas tank to correct. POOR MPG's. Advertised as 30mpg highway. Never better than 23. Ford knows of issue and will come out with a re-flash for the engine software this summer. That is what I was told by dealer. 
15000 mi Coolant odor. 3rd trip into shop they decided water pump defective. Dealer performed recall for cooling system also. Dealer also replaced exhaust system due to popping noise when starting engine cold in morning. They also flashed computer

11160 mi Car vibrates incredibly when at a standstill when in Drive, or Reverse. When in neutral or park it doesn't vibrate at all. Ford says they can't do anything about it. Seems like a drivetrain issue but Ford is ignoring. Only present on 1.6L.

3100 mi Suddenly the main screen displayed "Engine failure" and the engine became extremely weak. They ran some diagnostics but couldn't find a cause, it fixed itself. It looked like overheating to me. Rescheduled for a software reset next Tuesday. Engine failure warning, no acceleration, diagnosed as acceleration body failure, sensors not reporting back to main computer. Repair delay due to replacement part shipping and testing.
