Fuel economy
Great MPG. Window sticker said 24-35, I average way better. My normal driving is 75/25 city/hwy and I get about 30-32mpg - hwy/interstate only, I can push over 37mpg running at 70-71mph! Best tank so far was 42.2 miles per gallon!!
Reliability & durability
I hear great things from most Focus owners about the great reliability and few repairs/low cost of ownership.
Price or payments
It was an affordable car even when loaded with lots of options!
Discounts & incentives
They were offering good deals, plus I got a discount through work - all that helps!
Dealer practices
Dealership = Stealership. The dealerships here in WI have the worst service departments EVER! Incompetence runs high and they forget to do most things you ask. When I complained, I was told to take my car elsewhere!! BAD Customer Service!
Audio & nav systems
They perform updates without asking and it will completely change your entire audio setup, function, and performance....and it is NOT for the better! They add BAD options that require you to use them or suffer with horrible warnings everytime you drive.
Past personal experience
Dealership will not stand behind their partnership with Microsoft. When you have a problem, they both blame each other and take no responsibility - therefore your problem never gets fixed.
Exterior styling
The new designed Focus takes a bit of getting used too. Those chrome side vent things on the SE and SES models are hidous and ugly. I promptly took mine off!
