Just before I sold Jeep I had to have dealer install a new window actuator for passenger door. Brought them a thermostat switch for air conditioner, difficult to replace behind glove box. Adjustable speeds not working on the fan switch. Also put in new wiring harness behind it because it gets really hot and melts sometimes. Only thing left unrepaired was the driver door lock button. It would unlock the doors but not lock them. You have to replace the entire driver door panel if the switch goes bad. Mechanic offered to do it for $400, but already spent $1,800. |
